Starting A Small Engine After It’s Been Sitting For 3 Years

I had a NorthStar Water Pump in my barn that has not been started in over 3 years. When I put it in the barn… (like an idiot)… I didn’t drain the gasoline or run it dry. I didn’t even have “treated gas” in the tank. So… this 4 cycle Honda engine has been sitting for 3 years with old gas in the tank. Do you think it will start??
